I can't decide on a gift, do you sell gift vouchers?
We currently do not sell gift card/gift vouchers.
How can I check the balance of my voucher?
Unfortunately, our voucher cannot be used numerous times. Your voucher has to use in full in one transaction.
I am buying a gift. Will the Jewellery come wrapped up or in a gift box?
All pieces purchased from our website will come packaged in a beautiful Mocha box, ready to be given as a gift.
Can I pay in my currency?
We are sorry that all orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars only.
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours after your purchase. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with a subject line "Order Cancellation", and email us your name, order number and purchase date for cancellation; or simply call us on
+852 2413 2988 for cancellation during office hours.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
There is no duties and taxes will be charged. However, you may charge sales tax on import, customs duties and handling cost by the respective customs office.
Will you return my duties and taxes if I return the articles?
Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports, as well as handling costs that were charged to the recipient by order of the customs office, cannot be refunded by Mocha Jewellery even in the case that the articles should be returned.

Do you charge for shipping?
We offer FREE Local Delivery for orders over HK$500. Flat rate of HK$40 is charged for standard shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to any location across the world.
How long will it take for delivery?
We understand you’re eager to receive your purchase. We guarantee though that all orders will be sent out within 3-4 business days after you place your order. However, delivery time will be upon local post office.
Can I track my parcel?
Only if you requested for a sign delivery service. Extra delivery cost will applied for signed service.
Oops, I made a mistake! How can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

Do you have a warranty on your Jewellery?
